The pump exceeds my expectations! I don't use it for vacuum sealing food, but for vacuum packaging small components and items that I ship. To this, I bought an optional hose and, with a bit of DIY work, attached an adapter and a cannula to vacuum-seal foil bags with it. This works perfectly. The suction power of this pump is enormous. Before making the purchase, I was debating whether I should buy a food vacuum pump like this or rather a device that can both inflate and suck (for example, to inflate/deflate air mattresses). However, as I now realize, I would never have been able to utilize such strong vacuuming forces with a combination device that has both suction and inflation functions. The decision to choose this device was absolutely right for my intended use. The pump generates a very strong vacuum.

I tried to use the vacuum pump and bags but it didn't work. The problem was me using the product improperly. This is very nice and i can't wait to put the products in the bags then vacuum out the air...thanks

Both bags and pump are very good. A liittle training needed to use (position) the pump but works well.
Makes high vacuum so be cautious not to bend the spool.
